Payments and downloads are not currently available. The delivery channel, access instructions and delivery timeframe will be stated on the product page and at checkout before an order can be placed. We do not currently promise instant or automatic delivery.

Check the listed file formats and technical requirements before purchasing. Source packages may require development tools, hosting or third-party services. These are not included unless expressly listed. Exact version requirements and package contents are still being verified.
If a delivery fails
Contact support with your order reference and the error you encountered. Where a paid package cannot be accessed, we will investigate and provide corrected access or consider a refund under our refund policy.
