Seller and scope
Arcana Works is operated by Gladix International Limited, Hong Kong. These proposed terms cover digital products offered through this store. The store is currently a pre-launch preview and cannot accept orders.
Product descriptions and prices
Review the product contents, file formats, requirements, license and delivery terms before ordering. Displayed preview prices are in USD and have not yet been confirmed for sale. Any applicable taxes and the full payable amount must be shown before payment. A preview bag does not create an order or a payment obligation.
License, not ownership transfer
Unless a product-specific license expressly states otherwise, a purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the stated use. It does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property ownership. Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute the original files as a competing product without explicit permission. Product-specific permitted uses must be confirmed before purchase.
Third-party services
Hosting, paid APIs, third-party accounts and their fees are separate unless expressly included. Product examples do not promise a business outcome, financial return or universal compatibility.
